cooked up some Camp Chow Smokey Potato soup for my dinner. it was a 2 person serving and could easily serve 4! talk about YUMMY! mix water and soup mix thorougly, let sit for 10 minutes and then cook to boiling. so, i guess 20 minutes later i was eating soup. nice change from cereal ;)
We had soup tonight too. We had venison roast that was just too tough, even after cooking in a slow cooker for hours. So I chopped it up and made soup. Good by it self, but great with popovers!
