I know that there are several different cracker options available using rice or corn flour. Otherwise Quinoa is a good option for a grain. It can be cooked like oatmeal if you're doing that for breakfast at all. Another product that is gluten free is instant potatoes. That would make a good side dish, and with the addition of some garlic powder or bacon bits it would be a good option for the entire group.
