I can only answer to the Wenonah, as I am familiar with them
Voyager - that is a great price if it is in good shape, it is faster than the Prism on calm water but the difference isn't huge, the lighter weight is a plus for portaging, more difficult to lay down a pack since it is more narrow, never heard of a rudder on a Voyager but it would likely aide in a stiff following wind to keep it on track
prism - much better boat for fishing, if you are going to be paddling rocky rivers the Tuffweave is much better than kevlar, a little easier to paddle proficiently by a novice
